How does it work?
A thin optical fibre is inserted under the skin. The laser energy acts on small fat deposits and promotes tissue remodelling.
Double chin, localised fat or looser skin?
Endolaser is a minimally invasive procedure used, in selected cases, for small deposits of localised fat and skin laxity, helping to improve the contour of the treated area.
Medical assessment before the procedure.

A thin optical fibre is inserted under the skin. The laser energy acts on small fat deposits and promotes tissue remodelling.
It can be uncomfortable. We use local infiltration anaesthesia and/or nerve blocks, depending on the area.
Swelling, small bruises, tenderness and temporary firmness may occur.
Remodelling is progressive and continues over the following weeks and months.
Endolaser is not a weight-loss treatment.
It may be enough in certain cases, but there is no universal number. The need for reassessment or additional treatments depends on the goal and the individual response.
Many patients are able to return to their usual activities relatively early, but this depends on the treated area, the extent of the procedure, swelling, bruising and the type of work.
We do not recommend scheduling the treatment immediately before an important event without first discussing the recovery period.
It depends on the area and extent treated. Guidance is given individually after the procedure.
The fibre is inserted through small entry points. It is not surgery with large incisions.
Not always. Significant excess skin, marked laxity or a larger volume of fat may require a different approach.
Endolaser is a minimally invasive medical procedure, but it is not free of risk. Infection, irregularities, changes in sensation, thermal injury and other less frequent complications may occur.
The specific risks are explained before the procedure.
If you would like to improve a double chin, localised fat, skin laxity or contour definition, start with an assessment.
